Once you book via the website your booking is non-refundable. If you are unable to make your booking for some reason, you can transfer your date to another date if you provide 30 days before your original bookings notice.

If the weather is so bad the walk becomes dangerous (too high winds or rainfall so significant it makes the track extremely slippery) then you are able to transfer to another date. If it is light rain we ask people stick to their booking dates, so please be prepared when booking you could be walking in all weather conditions.

During your stay you are expected to take good care of the property and the cabins therein.

Full payment is required upon booking.

Any damage to the cabin or property at the end of the stay may be charged to the credit card provided, or billed to the guest and may include the cost of repairing such damage, replacement of items or loss of income if applicable.
